We take leadership seriously. It is our fourth core principle and it carries through from the workouts to how we run the region.
F3 La La Land is what it is because of men just like you who stepped up to fill a need, create something, or model the right way.

Doula
The Q of the F3 La La Land region. He’s the cheerleader. Lays down the 43 feet for the region and exemplifies the F3 culture. It’s his problem.

The cultural and spiritual leader of his PAX, who represents but does not govern. Encourages Plant/Grow/Serve and ignites the need for male community leadership amongst the Pax.

The man who models Fitness for the PAX. He is responsible for the smooth running of AOs. To that end, he stays touch with the AOQ’s to make sure they are supported in their roles, utilizing candor when needed. He facilitates fitness challenges or CSAUPS. Understands the needs and wants of the Pax. He can plant anything from a weekly Bible Study to an open discussion group to a regular community service opportunity for Pax. His role is the essence of the real mission of F3. Male COMMUNITY Leadership. It’s ambiguous on purpose, but it needs to make IMPACT.

Responsible for managing all merchandise orders, ensuring that the La La Land region has the right gear for workouts, events, and fellowship activities. From coordinating product availability to handling distribution, this role keeps the PAX looking sharp and ready for action.
