Shared language isn’t just about communication—it’s about making sure everyone’s speaking the same weird, jargon-filled dialect. In F3, our Lexicon of over 600 terms is part practical guide, part running joke, and part secret handshake. It keeps us aligned, accountable, and sometimes scratching our heads. We also do this for our exercise names, aka our “Exicon“.

Love it or mock it, it’s uniquely ours—and it works.
